Police release photo of Sorrento credit union theft suspect
Chase RCMP are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect in a break and enter to the Sorrento branch of the Salmon Arm Savings and Credit Union on Oct. 11 at about 3 a.m.
The thief used a large rock to smash the glass in the front door, and stole three machines used in the production and printing of debit cards.
The police ask that the public has a look at the security video images which show part of the thief's face, as well as his clothing with a square hole in the left thigh area of the blue jeans, hoodie, white running shoes, and distinctive gloves.
Anyone who can identify this suspect is asked to call Chase RCMP Detachment (250-679-3221) or Crimestoppers (1-800-222-8477).
