Get rid of your messy Christmas pine and help out the Salmon Arm Secondary rugby squads.

On Jan. 5 from 10 a.m to 2 p.m, the boys and girls teams will be driving around Salmon Arm and picking up Christmas trees for an environmentally responsible disposal. They are asking for a donation in return for their efforts.

Residents can simply leave their trees at curbside with a donation envelope or can call 250-832-7462 to pre-arrange pick up.
