There was a commotion in the parking lot outside the Shaw Centre shortly after 4 p.m. on Feb. 17 as four RCMP vehicles responded to the area and officers took a man and a woman into custody.
The man and the woman were taken away in separate police vehicles.
The reason for the arrests is unknown.
