Abe Quiring was born to Cornelius and Elizabeth on October 8, 1931 in Aberdeen, SK. He passed from his earthly journey on March 13, 2008 in Kamloops, BC at the age of 76 years. Abe leaves in sadness, his wife Doris, his first wife Edna, their children: daughter Barb (Sonny), Vern, Marilyn (Andy) and Dale, eight grandchildren: Star, Tammy, Shaun, Jadine, Twyla, Chrystal, Kyle and Mathew, six great grandchildren: Reanne, Morgan, Brock, Jeremy, Nathaniel and Abagail also Abe’s brothers and sisters: Bill, Neil, Mary, Ann, Helena and their spouses as well as many friends whose lives Abe touched in so many different ways.
Abe will be met in heaven by his daughter Joanne, his parents Cornelius and Elizabeth, his brothers Peter, Julius, George and Johnnie.
A memorial service was held on Monday, March 17, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Fischer’s Funeral Services, Salmon Arm with Colleen Rempel officiating.
