On Sunday, November 14, 2010 Mrs. Beverly Olive Orton of Kamloops passed away at the age of 78 years.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, William and children Karen (Joe), Kathryn, Mark (Barb), Sue (Bob) and Fred (Daphne), seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, her brother Jack, and her canine companion “Casey”.
She was predeceased by her brother Bob and sister Norma Jean.
Beverly was born on November 19, 1931 in New Westminster, BC. She was a long time member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and many other crafts. Mother’s hand made gifts are enjoyed by many.
A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Schoening Funeral Chapel with Pastor Terry Sauder officiating.
