It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of David Samuel Cross at the age of 52. Born March 31, 1964, David passed away peacefully with his wife Karen by his side on February 28, 2017 in Salmon Arm, BC.
David will be missed more than words can describe. He had a kind generous soul and would give the shirt off his back to help others. He is survived by his wife, Karen, son, Zachary, daughter, Ryea, his mother June, and brothers, Dean (Holly) and Darrell, aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and so many people in his life he considered family.
David lived an adventurous life and was a passionate skier, hiker, kayaker and camper. David spent many great times in the mountains and lakes of Alberta and British Columbia with his family and friends; living his life to the fullest. David’s love for nature was superseded only by his deep love and commitment to his wife and children.
There will be a Celebration of David’s Life to be held in Edmonton at a later date, details to be provided to family, friends and loved ones.
