Diane Amy Prieur passed away in Hospice House, Vernon, BC on Saturday,
September 20, 2008 at the age of 77 years.
A celebration of life service will be held from the chapel of Bowers
Funeral Home, Salmon Arm, on Thursday morning, September 25th at 11 a.m. with Jack Bowers the celebrant.
Cremation with interment to follow.
Born in Penticton, BC on March 24, 1931, Diane has been an active resident of Salmon Arm since 1965. She was predeceased by her husband, Major G.A. Prieur, C.D. on April 7, 1983.
Diane is survived by her loving family; daughter, Francine (Duane) Linenko of Cherryville, son, Maurice (Cheryl) Prieur of Fort McMurray, 5 grandchildren, Kristen, Kayley, Jared, Jessica and Samantha; sister, Yvonne Morrish of Kelowna and nephew, Clint of Vancouver Island.
