Doris passed away August 27, 2009, with her family by her side. She was survived by her children, Susan (Brian) Woodward, Alma (Len) Sept, Dana Fenwick (Phil Wallensteen), Murray (Cathy) Fenwick, Lyle Fenwick (Robera Andreyshuk), and Kim Hoisington (Brian Berquist); six grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; her sister, Mary-Jane Palmer and her dear friend Keith Baylis. Doris and her late husband Bert Fenwick moved to Salmon Arm in 1953, where they built houses and raised their family. Doris will be remembered for her feisty personality and for love of her family. A Celebration of Life was held on August 30th.
