Edith Bernice Brown (MacDonald) – Born June 9, 1926 in Calgary, Alberta passed away on February 7, 2010 in Salmon Arm, BC. Her beloved husband of 66 years, William “Bill” Henry Brown – born September 30,1924 in Unity, Saskatchewan passed away shortly thereafter on February 9, 2010 of a broken heart in Salmon Arm, BC.

Bernice and Bill are survived by their loving son William (Danielle) and two grandchildren Abbey and Hayden. Bernice was also survived by her three brothers Bruce, Harold and Frank and sister Dorothy. Bill was survived by his sister Ethel. They were predeceased by their daughter Kelly and many other family members.

you were always there for the ups, downs,

the good and the bad. You have taught me well and raised me to be the man and father that I am today. For this you will be truly missed. Our experiences and memories will be in my heart forever and passed on to your Grandchildren. I love you both and am at peace knowing that

you are together once again, forever”.

Their family would like to thank the staff and nurses at Shuswap Lake General Hospital for their wonderful care. They would also like to thank all support and kind words of their family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and at their request no service will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
