After a short illness she passed away January 25, 2017.
Born in London, England met Bert Holmes a Calgary Highlander in 1941 and became a war bride moving to Calgary, Alberta in 1946. Thirty-one years in Calgary, Bert retired to Cedar Heights. After Bert passed away in 1979; Edna later met Norman Denney in 1981. Married Norman for 32 years. She was very blessed to have had two great loves in her life.
Edna is predeceased by Norman in 2015 along with two sisters (Gladys & Ivy). Survived by her three children Brian (Sarah), Glen (Millie), Sandra (Angelo). Ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
We will forever miss her giggles, smile and wit.
