Eileen Louise Johnson died peacefully Monday July 5th in Salmon Arm at the age of 92.
She leaves to mourn Elaine (Kurt) Nielsen of Calgary, Vivian (Harry) Charchuk of Prince George, Gordon (Pat) Johnson of Delburne, AB, Shirley (Brian) Hewlett of Edmonton and daughter-in-law Sue Johnson of Prince George, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, her stepsister Helen Goodsman of Stalwart, SK and “special sister in law” Esther Williston of Kamloops. And she leaves to mourn Marilyn (John) Cooper of Salmon Arm who was like a daughter to her. She was predeceased by her husband Harold in 2000 and by her son Andy in 2004.
She lived a full and rewarding life right until the end and had many friends who will miss her dearly.
A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 2:00 from the S.A.S.C.U. Recreation Centre, Salmon Arm. Interment followed at Mt. Ida Cemetery.
