Elizabeth Victoria Davis (Vickey) born January 5, 1947 in Winnipeg Manitoba. Died October 12, 2017 in Enderby BC.
Vickey was the 4th of 7 children, and was raised in a military family. In 1959 the family moved to Vancouver BC, it was there in 1969 that Vickey met, and married George Davis, her husband of 48 years.
After living briefly in Powell River, and Quesnel, they relocated to Fort St. James, and that is where they planted their roots until retirement in 2000. After that they hit the road as Snowbirds and full time RVers.
George worked for the BC Forest Service, and Vickey worked at the Stuart Lake Hospital, and at the Fort St. James medical clinic. She was also involved in many community activities as her children were growing up.
In 2015 Vickey was diagnosed with Bulbar ALS.
Left to mourn her passing are her husband George, son Jeff (Morgan, Sophie, Ella And Dawson), of Fort St. James, daughter Georgia, her daughter Nadina, and son Tyler of Vanderhoof BC Brother Leslie (Jean) Moir of Sechelt BC, sister Leaha (Don) Myrfield of Vernon, Sister Jane (Jeff) Stevens of Nanaimo BC., Sister Cathy of Comox BC, and brother Dan (Michele) Moir of Surrey.
Predeceased by her son Joe Davis, parents Tom and Lil Moir, sister Joanne.

We would like to thank Dr. Bell and all the nurses and staff at Parkview Place, Enderby.
Their kindness and the special care give to Vickey will always be remembered.
