Kaufman, Francis “Norma” passed away peacefully on January 7, 2017.
Norma was born on May 4, 1935 in Berwyn, AB to Jack and Grace Banks. She was predeceased by her parents, brother Donnie and former husband Fred Kaufman.
Norma is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Janet Cox (Darrell), Wendy Allen (Phil), Karen Levien (Randy), Lori Farquhar (Shawn), 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Chris Steffen and Nancy LaLonde.
Norma raised her family in South Burnaby and later moved to Salmon Arm, BC. She loved bingo and was very involved with the Canoe Seniors Centre. Norma, our Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma was an easy going friendly soul who was liked by all. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
