It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of Fred Wynn after a long battle with cancer who passed away at home on September 5th at the age of 52.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Kathleen Wynn (KC), sons Scott Wynn, Clinton Wright and Mitchell Wright, his mother Eva and sisters Belinda Dease and Tessa Wynn and brothers Ulhrich and Lutz Koeppen. Fred was predeceased by his brother Peter and father Ted Wynn.

Fred was born in Timmons, Ontario and grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario. When he was 20 he ventured out to Calgary, and then settled in Kamloops for 10 years. He moved to Sorrento in 1992. He loved to fish and hunt with his son Scott and many friends. He was an excellent carpenter and made fiends with most of the people he worked for.

A memorial service will be held at the Cedar Centre Hall in Cedar Heights September 13th at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made to the Shuswap Hospital Foundation, Box 265, Salmon Arm, BC V1E 4N3.

Our family would like to thank Dr. Kevin Goldberg, our nurses Cheryl Bawtree and Mern, the many care aides from Shuswap Community Care and all his friends that visited him at home.
