Howard (Dolf) Rodney Versloot passed away peacefully at his residence in Sicamous, BC on Thursday, September 25, 2008.
Howard was born on June 13, 1930 in Rotterdam, Holland and had resided in the Sicamous area for 28 years.
Howard will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Harvine Versloot; his five daughters, Willie, Chris, Annette, Sharon, Doreen and many close relatives in both Canada and Holland.
Harvine would like to give special thanks to Jim and Maureen Cahill, and Ed and Kathy Wilby for their loving support, Dr Beech, Dr Myers, the staff at both Shuswap lake General Hospital and Bastion Place as well as Community Care Nursing.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sicamous Food Bank.
In following with Howard’s wishes, there will be no service.
