SVENDSEN, Jean Agnes passed away peacefully at Shuswap Lake General Hospital, Salmon Arm, BC with her family at her side on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at the age of 80 years.
Jean was born at Broderick, Saskatchewan on September 11, 1928 and had been a resident of Salmon Arm for the past eight years.
Jean was predeceased by her daughter, Cheryl in 1959. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Jack; son, George Svendsen and his wife, Maureen and granddaughter, Donna Boyd.
A funeral service was held from the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home on Monday, January 19th at 11:00 am with Reverend Darryl Auten officiating. Interment followed in Valley View Memorial Gardens, Surrey, BC.
