Passed away suddenly on Monday, February 15, 2010 at Shuswap Lake General Hospital at the age of 71 years.
Karl was a long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #62.
He is survived by his loving family, son Wilf (Judy) of Falkland, two daughters Monika Spiegel of Okotoks and Darlene (Bruce) Turkington of Burnaby, two grandsons Cody and Randy, three grand daughters Susan, Kristina and Tanya and also his long time companion and love of his life, Jutta Habermann.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #62. Cremation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Karl’s memory to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #62, 141 Hudson Avenue NE, Salmon Arm, V1E 4M2.
