SULATYSKI, MAXINE MAY (nee Huska)
February 15, 1944 - May 29, 2008
It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Maxine after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. Maxine’s strength and will to live was overwhelming, she embraced life and held fast in the final week of her life to remain with her loved ones.
Loved and sadly missed by her common law husband Brian Daniels, daughters Kimberly (Ken) and Judy and sisters’ Marilyn and Doreen. Maxine was born in Dauphin Manitoba and settled in Williams Lake and later in Salmon Arm where she met Brian. Maxine was predeceased by her brother Billy and parents Eva and Mathew, and her first husband Nick Sulatyski. Special thanks to the care givers and nurses at Hillside Village whose compassion and caring helped both Maxine and the family through a difficult time. A memorial service will be held at Fischer’s Funeral Services on June 7, at 11:00 AM.
