It is with great sadness and much love that our family announces the passing of Michel Demers on December 29, 2008 at the age of 74 years.
Left to mourn his loss are; his loving wife Linda, daughter Suzanne (Dwayne) Hallett of Hinton, AB, son Jerry of Cold Lake, AB, son Bob (Jackie) of Hinton, AB, son Dan (Shannon) of Hinton, AB, ten grandchildren; Marlie (Terrence), Jill and Brad Hallett, Brandon (Danielle), Mitchell and Jeffrey Demers, Cody and Tyson Demers and Jamie and Jaryd Demers.
He is also survived by his mom, Blandine (98 years old), three brothers; Denis (Claire), Jean-Noel (Rita) and Robert (Michelle), six sisters; Mary-Berthe, Louisette, Suzanne (Roger), Marcelle (Guy) Aline (Cyril) and Francoise (Lionel) as well as numerous other relatives and many friends. Michel was predeceased by his dad, Jean-Baptiste in 1997.
A celebration of his life was held on Monday, January 5, 2009 at Fischer’s Funeral Services, Salmon Arm, BC with Pastor Norm Russell officiating.
