Running softly, safely

A note to all trail runners out on the trails, with lots of great new group runs sprouting up. Remember to run safe. On shared use trails like South Canoe, run without head phones, and keep ears and eyes wide open for mountain bikers and equestrians. Stop well in advance to speak to equestrians and let the horse know you are there. Stay safe and have fun.
