Get outside. That is the goal Jim Maybee has for his community. Maybee is the owner of Trailheads, a new company focused on getting people outside and enjoying their surroundings. Trailheads offers several services to the Shuswap: bike and ski repairs, bicycle fitting, cross-country ski lessons, and trail design.
In addition to providing repairs on all makes and models of bicycles, Trailheads will offer ski waxing and repairs in the winter. Trailheads will also be providing bicycle fitting to the area.
“Many people have aches and pains when riding their bikes, and a proper fit can alleviate those issues,” says Maybee. “A bike fit makes your current bike work with your body, your level of flexibility and your riding goals.”
