Rumours are rampant about a Starbucks coming to town and, despite no confirmation from mall officials, it appears the rumours may have more than a grain of truth. On the Simply Hired website, a job posting listed on Feb. 18 states that Starbucks is looking for a store manager in Salmon Arm. Also, a business permit from the City of Salmon Arm is posted in the window of the Mall at Piccadilly next to Shopper’s Drug Mart, listing Starbucks as the business.
