With a cooler spring than normal, the water in Shuswap Lake is still rather cold. That didn’t stop Kassidy Porlier (left), Toralf Bruenner of Chase and Nicole Podruzny of Celista from jumping in at the end of the red pier at Memorial Park, to cool off during the first weekend of summer.
