Pink Piston Paddlers help SAFE Society

Bree Sather (centre front) accepts a donation for the local SAFE Society Women’s Emergency Shelter from the Pink Piston Paddlers dragon boat team.

The team of breast cancer survivors and supporters have practiced from the Salmon Arm wharf for 11 years and wanted to give back to the community. The team consists of members from Enderby, Grindrod, Sicamous, Sunnybrae, Sorrento, Chase, Scotch Creek and Salmon Arm.
