Shelley Geier, chairperson for RCAC 222 Shuswap Squadron sponsoring committee, is pictured signing papers for a new endowment fund with Shuswap Community Foundation’s president, Dave Wood and several 222 Shuswap Air Cadets. When the fund matures, the earnings will be used for the J. B. Millar Flying Scholarship for cadets who earn their Transport Canada private pilot’s license through the Air Cadet Program, as well as ongoing squadron expenses.
