A drop-in farewell will be held for community librarian Shirley Stuart, who is retiring after 27 years of service with Okanagan Regional Library, from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5 at the Blind Bay branch. Assistant librarian Leigh Shaffer takes over her post.
