On Saturday Nov. 23, the Shuswap 4-H Club had its annual awards banquet at the White Lake Hall.
Our decoration committee decorated the hall with beautiful lights, candles, and greenery. The banquet started at 4:30 pm with an opening of the 4-H pledge, further leading to project achievements, awards, and badges with a finale of a slideshow and beautiful potluck dinner with a wide variety of food and desserts .
The club gave everybody a gift bag that was a project-themed gift as a congratulations for a great 4-H year full of achievements.

After dinner and dessert, all the kids helped clean up and we left the hall as we found it. Overall the club had a great time watching the slideshow and cheering everybody on as they got called up to collect their awards.
