PHOTOS: 32nd edition of Salmon Arm ROOTSandBLUES gets rolling

Festival returns with a variety of music, food and family friendly fun

The gates to the 32nd annual ROOTSandBLUES Festival opened Friday, July 26, to a crowd eager for an evening of musical celebration.  

Concerts began around 6 p.m. with renowned Ukraine singer Maryna Krut playing the 65-string bandura on the Barn Stage and Juno-winning blues powerhouse Crystal Shawanda on the Main Stage. 

The festival continues throughout the weekend with music rolling out at noon on Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28. For more information, visit rootsandblues.ca.
