A 40-piece concert band from Calgary will add a festive air to Canada Day weekend celebrations.
The 40-piece Rocky Mountain Concert Band will perform from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, June 30 at Marine Park.
The Band features brass and woodwind along with percussion to round out a full concert band sound.
Their Summer repertoire features a wide range of traditional brass band music all the way through
some of today's popular musicals and standard hits.
Admission is free but a collection basket will be passed around to help defray rentals costs.
