Building relationships key: Toyota is committed to the community
Hilltop Toyota has been in business in Salmon Arm since 1988. The building was originally built on the property in the early 1980’s and operated as Robin Hood Toyota. It was also the first dealership to build “out of town”. There are now many businesses operating “at the top of the hill, Salmon Arm” and soon to be more.
Hilltop is presently undergoing a major renovation. We are rebuilding the showroom to accommodate more new Toyota vehicles. The rest of the building is getting an extensive update and modernization. Our state of the art showroom will feature wireless internet as well as customer computer stations where you can build your own virtual vehicle. We appreciate the interest of people stopping by to have a look at the changes going on and the encouraging feedback we’ve received. We hope to have the renovations completed by early fall.
The owner, Blair Reynaud has been with Hilltop Toyota since 1997, when he moved here with his then young family from Surrey. Blair and his wife Debbie were looking for a change and a smaller community in which to raise their family. The Reynauds have been very involved with ringette, hockey and various school sports and activities.
The dealership employs 21 great staff, many have been with the company for more than a decade. We are proud to have on our service staff, many dedicated employees including Tim Thompson, Master Technician, who has earned and won the acclaimed National Skills Competition with Toyota Canada. Hilltop Toyota was been awarded three prestigious Pinnacle Awards for Customer Service.
