The clock is ticking down to this year's fundraising gala of music and dance that is Dancing with the Shuswap Stars.
Ticket sales are underway for the event that gets local stars on the dance floor in friendly competition to raise money for the Shuswap Hospice Society.
Audience members will also get to shake a leg on the dance floor, with music from DJ Liz Blair, enjoy snacks and a gourmet charcuterie box, visit the cash bar and purchase stars to vote for their favourite dancers.
"The evening is modelled on the Dancing with the Stars TV show, which includes watching our local dance recruits perform a dance routine they have learned just a few short weeks ago," reads a Dancing with the Shuswap Stars media release. "Then audience can purchase star votes for their favourite contestants and help boost them into a winning position."
