Update:
Passersby report that two pick-up trucks were involved in a collision at the intersection of Balmoral Road and the Trans-Canada Highway about 1 p.m. Thursday.
The crash reduced traffic to single lane in both directions until the trucks could be cleared.
Initial reports are that no one was seriously injured.
That intersection sees crashes relatively frequently.

Emergency responders were called out to a collision on Highway 1 in the South Shuswap.
Traffic is reported to be moving slowly, single lane east and west, following a motor-vehicle-collision in Balmoral.
