There are many projects and initiatives that I foresee going forward in Salmon Arm, including one that is near and dear to my heart, the development of a performing arts centre but without hesitation my first priority will be to lower taxes.
Over my past 25 years we have seen many of our brightest young people leave Salmon Arm go off to University, take jobs elsewhere and never come back.
Salmon Arm is renowned for its beauty and community spirit but to attract business and jobs we must be seen as a progressive community that is striving to lower taxation.
