They’re real and they’re legit.
North Okanagan Shuswap Crime Stoppers Society has again teamed up with Four Elements Consulting Inc. to promote a coupon booklet aimed at raising funds for the Crime Stoppers’ organization.
“The funds raised by this campaign go a long way to keep our program running throughout the year,” said society co-ordinator Gord Molendyk.
The door-to-door sales people will have identification and will be wearing a yellow jacket with a Crime Stoppers logo on one side and their company logo on the other side.
The marketers will be canvassing the entire North Okanagan Shuswap Crime Stoppers coverage region, from Vernon to Sicamous.
The coupon booklet includes almost $700 in savings for such organizations as the Salmon Arm Silverbacks hockey club, Eagle River Golf Course and white water rafting in Clearwater.
