The economy. A lack of year-round employment resulting in loss of young families. This is also impacting our fire departments, sports teams and service clubs.
We are working on two projects, one that will increase opportunities in the forest industry and the second that is working to improve the opportunities for investment in doing business in rural areas.
Our efforts with Tourism Shuswap continue to see success and we hope to build on that. We have an amazing product here in the Shuswap.
