Delays begin at Hoffman's Bluff tomorrow

Construction work on Trans-Canada Highway west of Chase set to begin Wednesday, Aug. 7

Expect delays, starting tomorrow, if you're heading west on the Trans-Canada Highway.

Drive BC announced this morning that blasting along the west cut of the Hoffman's Bluff four-laning project, 10 kilometres west of Chase, will start on Friday, Aug. 7 at 9 a.m. and will continue through to Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 9:15 a.m. The highway will be reduced to single lane alternating traffic with up to 15-minute delays.
