Small wildfire north of Vernon is now extinguished

UPDATE:

Fire crews have extinguished the small blaze on Vella Road.

The BC Wildfire service reported at approximately 12:30 p.m. that the fire is out.

A small wildfire has been sparked in the Spallumcheen area.

BC Wildfire reports the less than .01 hectare blaze is on Vella Road. It is suspected to be human caused.
