Human remains located in Salmon Arm are those of missing man

RCMP and Coroner confirm remains discovered on May 20 are those of Christopher Allbury.

Seventy-year-old Christopher Allbury has not been seen since he was dropped off at his care home on May 6.

Seventy-year-old Christopher Allbury has not been seen since he was dropped off at his care home on May 6.

The Salmon Arm RCMP and BC Coroners Services have confirmed the identity of the human remains found on May 20, as those of missing person Christopher Allbury.

Allbury, who was 70 years old, had been missing since May 6 after being dropped off at the Mcguire Lodge care home.

Allbury’s family has been notified and the investigation has ruled out foul play as a factor in his death.
