Salmon Arm RCMP responded to a ‘man down’ complaint near a local gas station at approximately 7:40 p.m. on July 26. Upon arrival, police found a 52-year-old man, who they report is well-known to them, passed out beside the dumpster. The man was not injured but grossly intoxicated and held in cells for his safety until he was able to care for himself.
