Worksafe BC is investigating in the wake of an industrial accident in Salmon Arm on June 17.
Two men working in an elevator shaft were injured when the scaffolding they were standing on collapsed on Tuesday morning.
RCMP report the workers were taken to Shuswap Lake General Hospital with minor injuries.
The work was being done in a building on 14th Avenue SE in Salmon Arm.
