Police responded to a disturbance in the area of 30th Street NE and 15th Avenue at 11:41 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25 and arrested a 16-year-old youth with 30 grams of marijuana, scales and more than 70 grams of psilocybin, also known as magic mushrooms, in his possession.
