Alan Rea passed away peacefully in Bastion Place at Salmon Arm, BC on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at the age of 80 years.
Alan was born in Vancouver, BC on January 6, 1927 and had resided in Salmon
Arm for the past 27 years.
Alan was predeceased by his wife, Dodie in 2005. He will be lovingly remembered by his son, David (Mary) of Kamloops; daughter, Cathy (Owen) Price of Langley; six granddaughters; three great grandsons and two great granddaughters. He is also survived by his sister, Francis Glenesk and brother, Jerry (Tess) Rea.
A graveside service for Alan and Dodie’s cremated remains will be held at Mount Ida Cemetery, Salmon Arm on Saturday, May 17 at 2:00 pm. A reception will follow in the Mountainside Room at Bowers Funeral Home.
