On Sept 12, 2010 Albert “Dean” McLeod passed away peacefully at age 89 in Vernon B.C. Born in Altario, Alberta in 1921, he spent many years in Vernon, Enderby and numerous military bases.  After retirement he lived in Kelowna and Salmon Arm (Piccadilly Terrace, Arbour House). He was a WW II veteran and last worked in insurance at Enderby’s McLeod Agencies.

Dean was pre-deceased by his loving wife Muriel in April 2009 and by his sister Joyce; and is survived by his brother Wayne, son Lynn (Barbara), daughter Gaye (Jacques) and son D’Arcy (Linda). Proud grandpa ‘Bop’ will be fondly remembered by his 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
