Art had spent his working life as a Logger. He had many positions ranging from Cat skinner, skidder operator to hooking chokers on the high leads and whistle punking. He loved it all, but nothing pulled on his heart strings more than taking on the difficult task of Falling timber. Art’s life journey led him down the path of logging camps, nested deep in the wilds of British Columbia. After settling down in the Shuswap, he finished off his career working for many of the local loggers. Art is respected by his employers, friends and family for his deep concern of others, his honesty, integrity and his will to finish something he started. His friendship will be missed dearly and his memories will continue to warm the hearts of all who knew him, forever.

Art is survived by his loving siblings; Margaret Weightman of Salmon Arm, BC, Connie Ouillette of Fairview, AB, Tentie Cambridge of Alberta, Virgul Cambridge of Smithers, BC, Richard Cambridge of Salmon Arm, BC, Holly Tychkowki of Salmon Arm, BC and Eve Reimer of Canoe, BC.

Service to be announced at a later date ~ cremation.
