Audrey passed away peacefully at the Ponderosa Lodge in Kamloops, BC on September 13, 2011 at the age of 85. Audrey was predeceased by her husband Stanley of 58 years in 2006 and daughter Diane Zack in 1994. She is survived by her three children; Margaret (Nigel) Gawthrop, Sandra (Donald) Mackay and Jamie (Belinda) Zack, eleven grandchildren; Dustin and Heidi (Ian) Porteous, Trevor (Ashley) Simpson, Amber (Trevor) Hahn, Christopher (Liz), Brandon, Cody, Samantha Zack, Trent, Lee Zack and David Mackay, six great grandchildren; Kaden Simpson, Haidyn Zack, Taylor and Riley Zack, Jaclyn and another little angel, Natalie Hahn, who was born before Audrey’s passing.
Audrey was born in Norway and moved to Calgary at the age of three, where she grew up. She met and married Stanley in 1948 and raised four children. After numerous moves throughout BC they retired to Salmon Arm. Since the passing of Stanley, Audrey resided in Kamloops.
Everyone that knew Audrey grew to love her and will miss her dearly. She will forever remain in our hearts.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011, 9:00 – 10:30 from Fischer’s Funeral Services where a funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Nancy Copeland-Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Ida Cemetery.
