Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Shuswap Lake General Hospital on September 5, 2011 at age 78 years.
Betty is survived by her loving husband Arnold, daughters Deborah Kennedy (Richard) Kamloops, Catherine Norwest (Robin) of Grand Ronde, Oregon, granddaughter Meghan Olsen of Vancouver, Grandson Mitchell Olsen (Melanie) of Armstrong, BC and sister Beverly Ilkiw of Ottawa, ON.
A special thank you to all the medical staff at Bastion Place and S.L.G.H. and especially to Dr. Grant McCallum for all their help and loving care.
