On Sept 26, 2010 an exceptional young man left us. Bradley Steven Jackson, born March 26, 1994 in Salmon Arm, passed away Sept. 26 at 16 years of age.
Loved so dearly by his dad and best friend Jim Jackson, his mom Mary Jane Jackson, his brother Riley (17) little sister Gabrielle (13), his girlfriend Sam Robertson, his nana Brear, his uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
There was so much about Brad to be proud of. A sensitive, thoughtful, polite, funny friend. A disciplined student who worked so hard to achieve his straight A grades. An extremely fit and focused athlete who desired to excel. He played hockey, rugby and had started his first year of playing with the Salmon Arm Golds Football team. He received the Sportsmanship award several times in his years playing minor hockey. He downhill skied fearlessly and waterskiied beautifully.
Brad so enjoyed his afterschool workouts at the Jackson gym. Brad loved history and movies. He loved playing airsoft rifle with his friends and playing the boardgame Risk. He loved riding his bike, often accompanied by his dad and the family dog, Juno. He loved the houseboat holidays. Most of all, Brad loved just hanging out with his family, with his girlfriend Sam, and with his friends. Thank you to all our family and friends who are a part of the treasured memories that we are holding onto of our beautiful boy.

Services were held for Bradley on Saturday October 2 from St Joseph’s Catholic Church and The Gathering Place.
