It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mom Brenda Eileen Popp. She died peacefully after a battle with cancer at the age of 73 years.
She will be greatly missed by her husband Clifford Popp, daughter Paula (Stig) Keskinen, son Steve (Melissa) Popp, grandchildren Reena, Jeff, Noah, Avery, Vanessa, her great grandchild Jakob, her step mom Eilleen as well as her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Brenda was born in Manchester England and moved to Canada at the age of 11 with her parents William and Eileen Jackson. They resided in Braylorne BC. She then moved with her family to Lillooet where she met the man of her dreams Clifford and were married in 1963. Their journeys together eventually brought them to Salmon Arm where they have resided for the last 41 years.
A celebration of life will be held at 11am on Friday May 10 at the St Joseph Catholic Church in Salmon Arm.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Fibromyalgia Society or the Cancer Society.
