Passed away peacefully at the age of 79 years after a four year battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Charlie was born and raised in Calgary, AB where he accomplished a 35 year career with CP Railway. He had many jobs with Canadian Pacific; Brakeman, Engineer and Conductor among them. He retired in Salmon Arm, BC in 1986 where he enjoyed his retirement by curling, golfing and playing pool with friends at the local drop in centre.

Charlie will be remembered lovingly by his wife Beth of 52 years, son David of Medicine Hat, Alberta and daughter Susan of Calgary, Alberta.

At Charlie’s request, no service will be held. Memorial donations in Charlie’s name may be made to Parkinson Society British Columbia, 600 – 800 W. Pender St., Vancouver, BC, V6C 1J9.
