Cyndy passed away on February 7, 2020 at home with her husband Ian and her dogs by her side.
Cyndy leaves behind her husband Ian, her mother Mary Helgason, brothers Bruce and Winston, many friends and her beloved dogs. Passionate about animals she always had dogs and cats in her life. She was very proud of her home on Shuswap Lake and was able to use her incredible design skills to create a wonderful home for her and Ian. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, boating and reading a really good book. Cyndy had a kind and caring spirit and was a loyal friend and wife. She loved being part of the Blind Bay community and the many people she met. Cyndy was a stylish, beautiful woman who could always turn heads. She will be sorely missed by all those who were close and loved her.
